Take a Stand Together Against Cyberbullies:
BrainPop - Cyberbullying
Click on the image to the left to navigate to BrainPop's interactive lesson on Cyberbullying. The website will open within a separate tab in your internet browser.
Before you begin, make sure you enter your school's username and password (see your computer teacher if you don't remember it please). Follow the assignment sequence listed below:
Step 1: Watch the movie.
Step 2: Click on Q & A (Questions and Answers). Here you will see links to questions that you should read. Note that there are two pages (see the bottom)
Step 3: Click on Quiz. Click on CLASSIC QUIZ. Once you have finished, click on PRINT your Quiz. Here you will need to type in your first and last name. Then raise your hand to call your teacher over for help on selecting the correct printer.
Step 4: Click on Game Up. Here you will watch videos and decide an effective way to handle each situation.
Step 5: Click on FYI. Read each article within each of the sections (circles on top of page).
Step 6: Click on Activities. The first activity you will need to do is to circle the correct answer using the online tools for each example. Then click print and type in your first and last name. Call you teacher over to help you select the correct printer.
Step 7: The next activity you will do will be the Graphic Organizer. Here you will type in your own made-up scenario to match the image shown. Use complete sentences please. Click print, type in your name, and call your teacher over to help you print.
Step 8: Complete the Vocabulary activity be using your own words to define each term. Click print, type in your name, and call your teacher over to help you print.
**Remember to raise your hand and sit quietly to "call your teacher over."
