What Font! 
Directions: Follow the directions below to practice using your word processing program.

1. Go to the Spellchecker Poem at http://www.latech.edu/tech/liberal-arts/geography/courses/spellchecker.htm. 
2. Copy the poem and Paste it into a blank word document.  
3. Save your document to the folder your teacher direct you to with the name Spell Check Poem. 
4. Use the Formatting toolbar to change the Font type from Web to Normal (only if you need to).
5. Change the color of all misspelled words to red.
6. Change the last line of every stanza to italics.
7. Correct the spelling of each misspelled word.  You may use a digital dictionary if you need to.
8. Type your own name beneath the poem after the words Edited By:
9. Insert a comment after your name telling your teacher grade you think you should earn on this assignment.
10. Save the poem, print the poem, and close the document (if using WORD) or turn your poem into your Computers Class Google Classroom and close the document (if using Google Docs).

Eye halve a spelling chequer 
It came with my pea sea 
It plainly marques four my revue 
Miss steaks eye kin knot sea.
Eye strike a key and type a word 
And weight four it two say 
Weather eye am wrong oar write 
It shows me strait a weigh.
As soon as a mist ache is maid 
It nose bee fore two long 
And eye can put the error rite 
Its rare lea ever wrong.
Eye have run this poem threw it 
I am shore your pleased two no 
Its letter perfect awl the weigh 
My chequer tolled me sew.
