Kindergarten- Substitute Lesson One

Directions for the Substitute:
A. Students will come in and sit on the floor.
B. Take attendance in the Binder.
C. Model the following on a computer:
1. Turn Monitors ON
2. Students to press all Three keys at once (CTR, ALT, Delete)
3. Type LAB as the User Name
4. Type 1234 as the Password and press ENTER.
5. Students to open Internet Explorer
6. Students to navigate to crazy4computers.com by typing the URL in the address bar.
7. Students to click on Kindergarten drop down menu and select Kindergarten- Substitute Lesson One
8. Students to click on the image below to link to the website needed for this lesson.
D. Send students to sit in their seats (double check against the seating chart in the binder)
E. Remind students to work responsibly and to raise their hands for your assistance as you walk around to help students.
F. Ask students to close out of Internet Explorer (click on the X on top Right of Screen), log off (Press CTR, ALT, Delete and select Log Off), and turn Monitor off approx. 3 minutes before the end of the period.
G. Students are to push in chairs, and line up according to your instructions to wait to be picked up by their teacher.
