The first set of TEN keyboard shortcuts (1-10):
Ctrl + Y : keys, when pressed together, "REDO" the last action
Ctrl + Z : keys, when pressed together, "UNDO" the last action
Ctrl + A : Keys, when pressed together, select ALL of the text & images in a document

Ctrl + S : keys, when pressed together, SAVE the document
Ctrl + N : keys, when pressed together, open a NEW document
Arrow Keys: Keys that when pressed move the cursor around in existing text (up, down, left, right)
Ctrl + B : Keys, when pressed together, BOLD the highlighted text

Ctrl + U : keys, when pressed together, UNDERLINE selected text.
F7 : key that when pressed CHECKS SPELLING in a document
SHIFT Key + Arrow Key : Keys, when pressed together, select and highlight existing text

The Last Ten Keyboard Shortcuts (21-30):
Ctrl + L : Keys, when pressed together, will left align text
Ctrl + Delete : Keys, when pressed together, will delete an entire word to the right of the cursor
PrntScr (Print Screen) : A key used to capture an image of exactly what is showing on your monitor's screen

Ctrl + R : Keys, when pressed together, will open right align text
Ctrl + Home : Keys, when pressed together, will place the cursor at the beginning of a document
Shift + F7: Keys, when pressed together, will open a thesaurus
Ctrl and - key: Keys, when pressed together, will ZOOM OUT of a document to make it appear SMALLER to view

Ctrl + Backspace : Keys, when pressed together, will delete an entire word to the left of the cursor
Ctrl + End : Keys, when pressed together, will place the cursor at the end of a document
